Alberto grew up in the idyllic village of Castelforte with the beautiful Italian coastline went into the catering industry and a new idea was born, combining his skills and experience he brings you a joint venture in food and wine.

Alberto has always dreamed of running his own wine bar/restaurant after spending many years managing the family business in Italy before moving to England. His love of wine and home cooked food inspired him to embark on a new quest bringing the these services together providing an unique experience.
